Standard Shipping

3 - 5 business days; delivery is via Royal May at a flat rate of £4.50 (£3.75 + vat)

FREE standard delivery for all orders over £75.

 

Express

Next business day (for orders placed before 3pm); delivery is via Parcel Force (or other courier service) at a flat rate of £9.00 (£7.50 + vat)

 

Items ordered at the Weekend or on a Public Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

Returns Information

 

In accordance with EU Law you have the right to a ‘cooling off period’ within 14 working days of your purchase being delivered. You will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the product and the initial delivery charge. Return delivery fees are not refundable.

 

The cooling off period only applies to non perishable goods.

 

If you are returning the items because they are damaged, faulty or in any way defective; we will refund the postage charge and cost of returning the product(s) within 14 days upon our receipt of said product(s).
